Strengths:
  • This is the only plan that combines rock bottom pricing with no restrictions on signup (most low price plans require that your local carrier is a "Baby Bell"),  24/7 toll free customer support and operator services, and you get a bill mailed to you each month.  This makes this plan ideal for both the residential customer who makes few calls and a large business that is looking to reduce their monthly overhead.
  • They put all their customers on Qwest Communications digital fiber optic network.  Therfore all customers get equal, excellent service.
  • Signup and provisioning are excellent.
  • This company has many exciting programs for the international traveler.  If you need the ability to make calls from abroad inexpensively, email or call to learn about how their programs can serve you.
Weaknesses:
  • Their one glaring weakness concerns multi-location accounts.  Their billing department is not set up to provide subtotals by location.  They only provide subtotals by telephone number.  So if you need to have one bill for many locations that provides a usage summary for each location, then you should use one of our other plans.
  • They have a good calling card (12.9 cents/min with no surcharge).
