Strengths: Overall an
outstanding program. Inter and intra state rates are
superior. They have the same direct on-line access to Qwest's
network as Qwest. They offer Integrated
Voice/Data Access to Qwest's state of the art nationwide
network, but their prices are lower in most cases. TMC
offers a $25
credit on your long distance bill
for each business referral and $5 for each residential referral
after they have been with TMC for 2 months. |

accounts incur a $2.95 monthly fee unless they sign up for
credit card payment or electronic funds withdrawal at the time of
